We build better
We build our decks to a higher standard, and we make our decks last.
Further, we insist on using the highest quality materials and building to the highest standards. We start with 6×6 posts on solid, well-built footings. We build the framing using pressure-treated lumber that doesn’t warp as it ages. It uses 2-3 layers of 2x12s for increased stability (most builders use a single layer and often use 2x10s). We use metal joist hangers to support every joist and structural screws that won’t work themselves out the way nails do.
Our decks are rock-solid because we over-engineer them to last for years beyond what most builders are willing to do. We even provide deck repair services.
